Academy Program

The Academy Program is an important part of learning fundamental movement and life skills.  This program serves as a foundation for basic skill development for all sports.  This level of gymnastics is designed to master a foundation from which to build strong new skills.

Accelerated Program

The Accelerated Program is an introduction to a competitive gymnastics.  Children train each week and are geared to prepare them for various competitions.  This is a “Stage” type level where all athletes receive awards.  Gymnasts may experience light travel compete.
